I have some questions about my booking(s) beforehand. What I am supposed to do?

If you have any questions about your booking(s) beforehand, please send us an e-mail to info@conzeptplus.de or click on the feedback button on the left hand side of our homepage. Your inquiry will be submitted immediately and our team will reply to your questions as quickly as possible. Alternatively, contact us by phone on +49-511-71259590.

What do I do if I would like to make any changes concerning my booking(s)?

If you would like to do any changes concerning your booking(s) e.g. changes regarding your arrival and departure date, change the number of persons or any data of the final invoice address please send us an e-mail to info@conzeptplus.de. We need to have all inquiries for your changes in a written form and in advance before the changes can be done accordingly.

How and when do I receive the final invoice?

After having done a booking via our online booking system you will receive the pro forma invoice first. Only after your departure the final invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address mentioned with your booking. The final invoice will also be put into your CONZEPTplus account so that you can download it any time. In case you would like to receive the final invoice by mail please inform us about that per e-mail (info@conzeptplus.de).
