Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt, Parksituation völlig entspannt und kostenfrei. Die FeWo hat definitiv alles, was ein Wochenend-Aufenthalt ausmachen sollte. Die Umgebung ist einerseits ruhig, andererseits fußläufig zu den Messehallen. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit der Stadtbahn ist sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
