After a booking you receive further documents in addition to the object address f. e. a map including the distance from the airport to the booked object or a map of all metro lines in Hanover displaying all metro stations. Furthermore, another map providing directions from the metro station to the object booked is included.
In case of a credit card payment you receive the invoice normally within a period of 3 days after your departure by e-mail. if you would like to get the original invoice, please feel welcome to pick it up in our office.
Our office hours during the exhibitions are Monday – Sundey from 9.00 – 22.00 hrs.
